Thank you for your interest in submitting your outstanding projects for the BIA's Building Excellence Awards, proudly presented by Contract Furnishings Mart. This is your premier opportunity to spotlight your exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication to quality in the building industry.

Winning a Building Excellence Award is a testament to your team's hard work and commitment. It provides invaluable recognition that can be prominently featured on your website, leveraged in your social media campaigns, and serve as a powerful differentiator that enhances your brand's credibility and trustworthiness in the marketplace.

Key Deadlines & Project Eligibility:

• Projects Must Be Completed in Clark County, WA.
• Project Completion Dates: All submitted projects must have been completed between August 1, 2024, and July 1, 2025.
  
  
• Submission Deadline: All entries, including all required documentation and photos, must be submitted by July 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM PDT. **Please type responses in a separate document to paste in later to avoid page time outs.**

Before You Begin:

To ensure a smooth submission process and to maximize your project's chances of success, please gather the following information and materials in advance:

• Project Details: Comprehensive information about your project, including its scope, unique challenges, innovative solutions, and how it exemplifies excellence in its category.
• High-Quality Photos/Videos: A selection of professional, high-resolution images or a video showcasing the completed project from various angles (for videos please use an online DropBox, or drive link to share), highlighting key features and design elements. Please ensure these visuals are the best quality possible as it is crucial for judging.
• Floor Plans/Site Plans (if applicable): Relevant plans that help judges understand the layout and scale of your project.
• Project Budget/Cost Information: A general understanding of the project's budget or cost range.
• Team Credits: Names of key individuals or companies involved in the project (e.g., architect, interior designer, landscape designer, etc.).
• NGBS Certification Documentation (if applicable): For projects submitted in the NGBS certified category, please be prepared to upload relevant certification documents.
